Bryan has been honored with the 2012 UCSD Graduate Student Community Faculty Mentorship award and was recently appointed to the board of the American College of Chest Physicians Mass Casualty Task Force and Council of Foreign Relations Global Drug Safety Roundtable.

NEWS HIGHLIGHTS:
Health Law Graduate Tim Mackey (Bio) (2009) is a recipient of the Rita L. Atkinson Graduate Fellowship for 2011-12, and has co-authored multiple articles with professor Bryan A. Liang. Details on publications.

Current Health Law student Katherine Pettus, PhD, has published an article in the July 2012 issue of San Diego Physician Magazine called Global Health Ethics: A Response to 'Total Pain.' (pdf).


Health Law Graduate Marilyn Mitchell (2009) has published an article "An analysis of common arguments against Advance Directives" (pdf) in the December 2011 peer reviewed journal Nursing Ethics, and "A Test of Autonomy" in the July 2012 issue of San Diego Physician Magazine.
