![]() Health Law and Policy FALL 4.5 units - SW/OP-637 This core course presents an introduction to healthcare delivery in the U.S., examining access, cost, and quality of care from both the policy and legal perspective and emphasizing recent changes in the area. Instruction covers patient autonomy, individual rights, and social justice as related to such topics as access to prescription drugs, genetic testing, pain management, and end-of-life management.
