Financial Information

The cost of the entire program is approximately $31,000, which includes all program instruction and administrative fees and most materials. The program does not include parking and incidentals. The schedule of fee payment corresponds with the study plan selected during orientation in August. The first payment is due before classes start in July. A purchase order or written commitment from a sponsoring organization or financial institution is also acceptable.

Commercial bank loans are available for part-time students. Government loans are available for participants taking six (6) or more units per quarter. The Master's Degree in Health Law is an entirely self-supporting program and receives no state funding. Fees are subject to change.

Two Annual $1,000 Scholarship Awards are Available for Independent Study Project Expenses: Any enrolled student may apply for one of two $1,000 scholarships awarded each year to assist with ISP project expenses. Recipients are selected from among applicants who produce a 500 word essay explaining how the award would be used for the ISP, the student's program focus, and why he/she should receive the award.
