Intended Audience
The joint Master's Degree in Health Law from UCSD and California Western School of Law is designed for healthcare and legal professionals who want to be better informed and more influential in the shaping of healthcare law and policy. The program is most appropriate for those with legal or medical/healthcare or other related degrees and experience in law, regulatory affairs, insurance, the health sciences, or patient care, including:
- Practicing attorneys and paralegals certified by the American Bar Association (ABA)
- Clinicians including physicians, nurses, and other licensed clinical healthcare professionals
- Experienced healthcare administrators and other affiliated professionals
- Senior staff at pharmaceutical, insurance, regulatory, or other related organizations involved with the delivery of healthcare products or services
- Bio-medical and bio-technical scientists
- Public Health and government officials and staff
