UCSD Master's Degree in Health Law

Graduate Application for Admission

 

The Master's Degree in Health Law is a joint degree from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and California Western School of Law. UCSD Extension's Office of Advanced Professional Education and Development is the administrator of the program for both institutions, including the graduate admissions process. Prospective students need to complete only one set of application materials through UCSD's Office of Graduate Studies for consideration of simultaneous admission to both institutions.

PLEASE NOTE: Applications for this program are reviewed each spring and applicants are notified of admissions decisions no later than June 15.

 

SUPPLEMENTAL DOCUMENTS

  • Statement of Purpose - part of the on-line graduate application process
  • Original Letters of Recommendations (3) - Letters may be sent directly by recommender to academic department at address that follows or through the on-line graduate application process.
  • Official copies of academic records from all post-secondary institutions attended. Transcripts should be sent directly by institution to academic department at address that follows.
  • Current resume or curriculum vitae (through on-line app process and emailed directly to the Department at healthlaw@ucsd.edu)
  • GRE/LSAT/GMAT results are not required for the MAS degree
